Chicken with Ginger Green Onion Sauce


This one is pretty simple, this dish is rice with chicken. What makes it special is the ginger and green onion sauce.

I pretty much covered the chicken with sea salt for a few hours and boiled it in water for 35 minutes, I think the chicken was about 1.5 lb.

The sauce it pretty much diced green onion and ginger. Then I poured hot oil over it. Salt to taste.
