I honestly do not remember how I made the turkey anymore. I think I rubbed it with Hosin Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt, and White Pepper and baked in the oven for hours. Inside had just had sticky rice. The sticky rice was what made the dish amazing. I don't even like turkey.
