Add water to a large pot and dissolve sea salt until you cannot dissolve anymore. Let it cool and pour it into a large bucket. Then add eggs to the cooled salt-water mixture. I'll turn the eggs about once a week and will check my first egg in 4 weeks by cooking. Don't forget to clean your eggs when your done.
Tips
- Fill a large Ziploc bag with water so that all eggs are submerged.
