Pan Fried Fish Cake

Tilapia 6oz
Shrimp (6 Tiger Shrimps from Vietnam)
Pickled Turnip (Cut in slices, soak in water for a little bit so that it does not make the paste too salty)
White Pepper 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Cornstarch 2 TS
Green Onion 1 Stalk (Put in last)
All in a food blender.

Once blended to liking, spread thinly and pan fry.
